I’m a software engineering student at 1337 (42 Network) · UM6P in Rabat. I rebuild the fundamentals from scratch — a C standard library, a BPE tokenizer, deadlock-free concurrency — and I ship real products to the edge.

An e-commerce platform I designed, built and deployed end-to-end — running on Cloudflare’s edge and serving real customers.

Production e-commerce platform

  • An API that lives on the edge. A React SPA — catalog, cart state, admin dashboard — backed by a Hono REST API mounted as a catch-all Cloudflare Pages Function.
  • Data with a history. A relational schema on D1 with versioned SQL migrations; product images served from R2 through a dedicated asset route, all wired together with Wrangler bindings.
  • Tooling that ships with it. An authenticated admin panel, a sharp-based image optimization pipeline, seed-data generation and credential setup scripts.

Architecture: the React single-page app calls a Hono REST API running as a Cloudflare Pages Function at the edge. Through Wrangler bindings, the API reads and writes a D1 SQLite database and serves product images from R2 object storage.

Maze generator and solver. I designed the object-oriented architecture, implemented DFS generation and BFS shortest-path solving, and built the parsing layer behind its animated visualization. Above is a live port: hover or tap anywhere in the maze to route there.

Constrained decoding for LLM function calling. A finite-state machine masks invalid tokens during generation, guaranteeing schema-valid output — on top of a BPE tokenizer written from scratch.
